I bought this book, I received fast service, & it arrived in excellent shape. As far as the book, I did not learn anything new when I read it. Maybe for someone that has just been diagnosed with it, its Okay, but the information thats in it is standard information. I highly recommend the book "Breathe Out" by Mary Callahan, RN. It is sold on here for less then $10.00 and has lots of good breathing exercises for people with Emphysema, COPD, or Smokers Lung. -- Coping with COPD
IT A GOOD TO READ,I HAVE COPD, SO I GOT IT TO UNDERSTAND AND LEARN ABOUT IT. -- COPD
