This device does what it is meant to do. It is more for measuring muscle growth apposed to fat burn -- good

This tape is inaccurate ..its starts on between 1.5" and 2" so there is a lot of guessing to be done . The lock is not good either , it only locks at certain points. Overall it just waste of $$ -- Waste of money. Period!!

This tape measure works as advertised. I love the locking mechanism that prevents the tape from recoiling. I just wished the tape was locked at smaller intervals for more accuracy.

Please note that the tape starts at approximately 2" to compensate for the length of body of the casing which you put against your body. -- Great little tape measure

This is a great little item that can be used easily if you're trying to find out your measurements. -- Great little item

Sometimes you don't always see yourself getting smaller. I used this tape measure to measure myself and write down my results. This way you know if you're losing or not! -- A must for weight loss!
